“Vitamin C is to help boost the immune system but it also has other benefits in supporting your psychological function and providing vital antioxidant protection. It actually helps the body to produce vital collagen which our skin, teeth, gums and bones need to function properly and maintain their strength. I've been taking Vit C on and off for years and touch wood I don't suffer with as many colds and virus's as some on the people around me. It does give you a boost when you feel unwell and I tell people all the time to take some when they start feeling ill.”

“A good High strength vitamin C in easy to take capsules. A easy open lid and a reasonable size bottle. I had never heard of FORZA before but I would recommend them as a good quality vit C high strength. I have noticed that since taking them that my skin looks better on my face! This surprised me but I am not complaining. I will keep taking these tablets.”

“I got these Vitamin C FORZA tablets a few weeks ago and have been taking them ever since Also known as Ascorbic Acid, Vitamin C has been shown to provide the following health benefits: Contributes to normal collagen formation for the normal function of skin, teeth, gums, bones, cartilage and blood vessels. Contributes to normal energy release and helps to reduce tiredness and fatigue. Contributes to the protection of cells from oxidative stress (antioxidant). Contributes to the normal function of the immune system. Contributes to the normal function of the nervous system. Supports normal psychological function. Increases iron absorption. I was recommended to take these as i had really low energy and i do feel they have made a difference, plus there are so many more health benefits, so i just generally feel good about taking these! High Strength Tablets Each tablet provides 1000mg of pure Vitamin C, which is 1250% of the daily reference intake for adults. In addition to this, the formula also contains citrus bioflavonoids and rosehip powder. Both of these naturally work together to increase the effectiveness of Vitamin C.”

“These supplements arrived promptly, sealed and well packaging avoiding any damage. Each supplement contains 1000mg, which is a high strength so only one supplement is recommended each day. There are 60 in total which gives you two months supply. The current price is Â£3.49 which is excellent value for money. The directions are that you preferably take with a meal. They are pleasant to take and did not give me indigestion or stomach problems.”
