“A highly potent tub of vitamin C, brilliant to make up for deficits of fresh fruit in our diets. I like to take one of these every other day or so, just to make sure I'm keeping up levels in my body. We obviously need vit C (ascorbic acid) to keep our skin and fibrous tissues intact (collagen formation requires vitamin C). Taking these supplements is known to keep your immune system strong and helps you with tissue regeneration and therefore is anti-ageing. Vitamin C also brightens the skin. Since I have been taking these vitamins I feel that my immune system is stronger and I am less susceptible to colds and flu; I do admit I take other vitamins alongside, but vitamin C is one of the key ones.”

“Great supplement. Gives a much needed boost during the British summer. Good quality vitamin C and being in tab form much easier to dose than the powder I find these easy to swallow.”

“I didn't find these pills hard to swallow down, but of course everyone is different. You would have to choose what is best for yourself. Sometimes the chewable sweetened Vit C tablets either leave a weird taste in my mouth, or make me crave more sweets! Taking this one I found is quick and easy. My reason for taking it is because I'm hoping it would stop me from getting sick when sneezy people start spreading their germs around. Here are my personal reasons why I recommend these: Smells really nice High Potency 1,000 mg each tablet Long Lasting Best Used by Date printed clearly on the jar. Great communication from seller with follow up message on Amazon thanking you after your purchase. Easily contactable as all their contact info is on the jar. Arrived safely and bottle sealed For all these reasons which are important to me, I can't recommend this particular product enough. 5 Stars from me.”

“I have always heard about advantaged of taking large amounts of vitamin C supplements as it is really good for you. It may not be the cure for the common cold (though it's thought to help prevent more serious complications). But the benefits of vitamin C may include protection against immune system deficiencies, cardiovascular disease, prenatal health problems, eye disease, and even skin wrinkling. I have been taking various vitamin C supplement but this is one of the best ones so far. Tablets smell nice and are odorless which makes them easy to use by almost everyone. This is a high quality product.”

“Vitamin C is the most well known vitamin in the world. Everyone knows how good Vitamin C is for you from helping your immune system to being an antioxidant. It is generally an essential vitamin for so many reasons that I have been taking this for years. I rarely get sick and if I feel the start of a cold I double my dose for a few days and this usually wards off any cold from getting worse. These tablets are a high dose so once a day is all that is needed. The tablets are on the large size but not uncomfortably so. But if you're not used to taking slightly bigger tablets then these might give you a little grief but I had absolutely no problem. I tried to convey their size in the pictures I've added here just to give you an idea. They are easy to swallow with no aftertaste that I could discern. This is a bargain price for 2 months worth of extra strength vitamin C. Worth every penny for all the good they do for your general health and well being. They arrived quickly and the bottle was in perfect condition and properly sealed with a seal under the cap that I had to remove. Their use by date is a couple of years so you will have plenty of time to use these if you don't take them straight away. I would recommend these.”

“I was until recently using soluble Vitamin C with no real complaints apart from I think an ingredient was causing a small stomach issue so changed back to tablets. I thought I would try the FORZA due the high strength over the usual 500mg I usually go for. No real issues and no side effects, although I do feel I need to drink more water but that could be just the hot weather we are having at the moment.”

“I have watched â€œThat Vitamin Movieâ€ recently and have started taking lots of Vitamin C as it seems to be so good for lots of things and also to just keep healthy. This bottle of Forza 1000mcg Vitamin C has 60 tablets which are approx. 2cm in length, so easy to swallow and smaller than some other brands that I have tried. I find tablets easier to take for Vitamin C as the powder can be very hard to drink with the extreme taste.”
