“Hi. I was looking for something to remove algae, moss and lichen from an old rendered block wall and possibly an asbestos roof. Frustrated with lack of results using the "spray and leave" type of product I found this render cleaner and although expensive I decided to give it a go. I've only used it on a square metre of wall preferring to wait for better weather. The results are very encouraging. All the green algae has gone and most (not all) of the yellow lichen. Nothing has shifted the lichen til now. Excellent and used per instructions but waiting for better weather to complete the job. Graeme at floorseal was very helpful,quickly helping me make an informed decision. Very good customer service + quick dispatch.”

“I purchased Render Cleaner Softwash Solution from Floorseal, to clean the red and black algae that had started to form on my white external render and was beginning to look unsightly. In my experience I have always been sceptical about claims made by manufacturers about how good their products are. But I was completely amazed and delighted that this product did exactly what it claimed. I applied the product, waited 15 minutes then hosed the wall down. My algae was completely gone and the wall looked as good as when it was first done. I personally highly recommend this product.”

“I was shocked at how good this product is!! Followed the instructions (which are very clear) and the results were very impressive. I was using it on white render, which was starting to turn green in places. Highly recommended, we're now back to white!”

“I was a bit sceptical if it would work. I needed two applications and wash downs. My render came up looking like new. What a transformation, all the black lichen and red spot gone. A contractor quoted me £3000 to clean my render. I did it with 2 x 5 litres of soft wash , for just over £50 and a few hours work.”
