“This really works. I used on tiles which had been pressure washed but still had lots of green and black lichen. It worked quickly and removed all but the touched black marks first time. I used a stiff brush to work into the algae every 10-15 mins and reapplied more remover to tough areas. Within 15 mins I could see visible improvement. 30-45 mins was sufficient to get them really clean. I then spot treated stubborn areas over the next few days and 99% is now gone and the tiles cleaner than they were when I layed them! Used lots of water to rinse away. Highly effective and highly recommended.”

“Works a treat. My Indian sandstone patios and steps look like brand new. The previous year I just jet washed them and they were black and stained and wouldn’t get any cleaner. I had no idea this product would be so good.”

“This is very strong and highly effective. I have smooth sandstone and it removes very stubborn black spot. Do leave it on for at least an hour to 2 hours. Wear old clothes, gloves etc. It has eaten my wellies and my broom bristles!!”

“It removed the black spot from most of the area treated, and the appearance is vastly improved. I have reservations about flushing chemicals into the drain, so I would be reluctant to use it often.”
