“WOW... Ive tried all kinds of patio cleaner to rid my indian stone of all the black spots, various patio cleaner brands, high pressure jetting, everything imaginable. Then i came across this product and it has blown my mind.!!!! Try it and you wont be disappointed. My indian stone has beeen down for a long time and it is as vibrant now, after treatment, as the 1st day it was laid. I am so pleased. Thankyou Floorseal. Bill.”

“OMG. This is a fantastic product. I’d forgotten how beautiful my Indian sandstone patio was after years of discolouration. Jet washing cleaned any moss but never revived the colour or removed the black spot lichen. I now have a patio like new apart from a few little spots that are just too stubborn. The customer service is second to none, the help and advice I got immediately were exemplary. The company owner replied to my email query within hours on a Sunday when he wasn’t even working. Can’t recommend the product and the company enough.”

“We had a new sandstone step which a bird deposited on after eating blackberries. This left an ugly purple stain that had gone into the porous stone. After getting good advice from the firm I worked at it with a toothbrush for about 45 mins. Hard work on the fingers but success! Very pleased and now the step is sealed. Thank you.”

“Very good at removing the black stop but your have to be extremely careful with the surrounding lawn and plants as it will kill everything.”
