“This product is amazing. We'd almost given up hope with our 15 year-old Indian sandstone patios, having tried other products with no success. Following the instructions carefully using a long dwell time, it has removed well over 95% of the black spots, and reduced the appearance of the few stubborn ones. After sealing with Indian Sandstone Sealer & Colour Intensifier it looks almost like new. A great result, and I propose to use Moss Remover Plus in the Autumn and Spring to try to avoid the problem coming back. One note of caution; this is a very powerful product and will dissolve a natural bristle brush! Nylon ones are ok.”

“Amazing product. Cleaned 12 year accumulation of black spot from Indian Sandstone patio and path with 2 spray applications and no scrubbing. Black spot was really bad on most of the slabs. Applied by damping the stone with water from hose, allowing to surface dry, spraying on remover liberally, quick brush with broom afteravout 45 mins to re-smear remover over any drying areas, applying 2nd lot of remover (smaller amount and more targeted on remaining spots) after about an hour and before 1st application dried out, leaving overnight and then hosing off with water. As weather was warm I applied in evening so it dried out as slowly as possible. A few slabs needed 3rd spray just on residual spots. Now all black spot gone. Looks like new.”

“Having tried a couple of alternative black spot removers over the years, we find Floorseal's product the best. This is an excellent surface cleaner as well as an effective black spot remover. we have no hesitation in reccommending. caution - where coveralls and wellington boots. as the product also removes colour from trousers if any splashed during application.”
