“Having only power washed a York Stone patio of over 10 years the Black spot was getting really bad and the patio was not looking very good. I bought this thinking that it should hopefully tidy things up. It took about 3 hours to clean a 30M² patio but I am amazed by the results. The Patio looks like new, this stuff is brilliant. You do have to wait though, just leaving and keep it wet by applying more liquid. I spoke to Floorseal a couple of times before hand and they were very helpful.”
