“Just used the spring cleaner to remove tree sap etc. from my porcelain tiles. Absolutely amazing, I used it neat with a scrubbing brush / stiff broom and all contaminated were removed in minutes.”

“This stuff is so effective! I was expecting to be either disappointed or needing to really work hard to get the Autumn/Winter staining off my patio tiles. But once I sprayed it on and let it do its stuff, a quick hose off and the porcelain tiles looked as good as new. No hard work required”

“Super clean patio in half the time. Mixed in the recommended ratio left on for 15 to 30 minutes worked it with a stiff broom washed off in a few minutes with a gentle jet wash looks brand new.”

“had some staining on the tiles that had been there for a couple of years. So I tested a small area with neat spring clean and left it for an hour. Washed off and clean spot revaled. So carried out same process on old staines, Results exellent.”

“Excellent. I was nervous about using this product incase it damaged the slabs. I tried it on a slab we could not see and then felt confident to do a large area of patio. The area in question was in a poor state black from leaf stain which wouldn’t jet wash off. I did use it more concentrated approx 1:2 and I left it on for about an hour making sure it stayed wet. Quick jet wash off and it was amazing only wish I could upload my before and after photo. Just purchased more to finish the job in another area.”
