“Our cream porcelain tiles turned black over a couple of winters, we had no idea what the problem was. On learning about tannins and the problems they cause we researched patio cleaners and found the floorseal product. We followed the video directions using a black buffer and the result was amazing. They now look like new. I have also used the cleaner on less dirty areas and it makes cleaning our patios easy. Great product, highly recommend.”

“Amazing! Our cream porcelain patio was badly stained. Initially we used a different cleaner on a section of our patio which helped a bit but didn't remove the black spot stains. This Floorseal cleaner was quick to use and was so effective. The patio now looks immaculate. Can't recommend highly enough. Will definitely be my 'go to' in future”

“My porcelain patio tiles were black after the winter months and your spring cleaner worked wonders on it. It also got off the Sao that falls from a neighbours tree, if I scrubbed a bit harder. After also jet washing I am very happy with my patio.”

“Excellent product. Was totally astounded by how good it is!! After the winter our light coloured porcelain tiles had become black and stained from overhanging trees and general dirt. Last summer we had tried a different brand cleaner and it did not remove all the staining. Jet washing did not remove the stains! I saw this online and sent my photos over for advice. the porcelain spring patio cleaner was recommended. I tried it this weekend- used a brush lightly and left it. 15mins later hosed it down! I was amazed and it was so easy and effortless- no scrubbing, no jet washing! Amazing product!”

“I have a light coloured porcelain patio. It looks great when clean but does show the dirt over time, particularly during the winter, and some areas become more heavily stained than others. I have used other cleaners for porcelain in the past with varying success. I used this product recently and the results were miraculous. When used neat for the most heavily stained areas as recommended they easily came up clean and like brand new with no staining. Other areas came up super clean with standard dilution. I strongly recommend this cleaner and it will be my go to porcelain patio cleaner from now on.”
