“After a lot of research for an outside patio porcelain tile cleaner I decided to purchase the Floorseal Spring Clean. It was not the cheapest but I was not disappointed. I had a lot of grime and leaf staining on the patio after the winter which the jetwash wouldn't touch. I applied the spring clean via a spray bottle and after 15 minutes the staining just washed away with a watering can. Expensive but highly recommended.”

“My very light cream patio was covered with grubby marks, leaf stains and generally looked a mess. My regular efforts with a broom and soapy water had little effect. Enter Porcelain Patio Spring Clean. Brilliant! I used an old large paint brush to apply as I wanted to control the area and rescue worms as they showed up. Result: a beautifully clean patio with so little effort. Cheered me up as I found scrubbing the patio almost daily such hard work.”
