“We jet washed our almost white porcelain patio but there was some patches of dark staining still left from the winter. This product was brilliant it removed them. Just follow instructions and wear old clothes.”

“We had almost given up trying to clean our porcelain patio. I then sent off for the Spring clean patio . After only one application, my patio was completely clean with no marks at all. Thoroughly recommend. Delivery was excellent too, arrived within 2 days.”

“This stuff is wonderful ! A relative who has outdoor porcelain tiles recommended it Our patio had deep black stains from leaves and plant pots I had no success cleaning with other products but this did the trick very easily and successfully. Thank you !”

“After trying several other products supposedly for heavy staining with no discernible impact I took a chance on Floorseal and it was fantastic. Even with the diluted product the stains immediately lifted and the tiles were left sparkling clean.”

“Amazing product. Have tried several others and never quite fully worked. Easy to use and acted almost immediately, especially used neat on really stubborn areas. Read instructions as you do need to wear old clothes and gloves as reacts like bleach on any fabrics. Would highly recommend it for use on porcelain garden tiles. Ours are white and haven’t looked this good since they were laid several years ago. The grouting also came up like new.!”
