“Very easy to apply and isn't visible once dry which is perfect. We have limestone tiles on a limecrete floor that needs to breath. Too early to see if the sealer affects the breathability”

“I have applied the Floorseal product now 2 weeks, and it seems to be doing very good in achieving the purpose. In choosing the product I communicated with the supplier who was very helpful with technical information. The delivery was very expedient as well.”

“I contacted Floorseal recommended by another contractor, having spoken to the Manager who has a wealth of knowledge and experience, he recommended that I used this product. I applied it with a pump-up sprayer and it was so easy to use. I'm very pleased with how the product has worked, I would highly recommend this product when using honed sandstone. One very happy customer!”

“Easy to use followed instructions to the letter and all went well only thing was a bit of white frothing which did dry a bit white on the black brush in grout but it has saved my sand stone from staining on the first grandchildren test”

“Bought Floorseal Breathe on Graham's recommendation for block paving and cement/sand grout. He couldn't have been more helpful.Had a few heavy storms.Works great.Will order more products as back up from this company is so good.Been in trade 40years!”

“Applied to stone in last 3 weeks but due to weather not a lot of rain been on it…….. have poured water on it from bucket & would appear to hold water back.”

“Used two 5litre tubs on a 47sqM on a newly laid grey Indian sandstone patio using a £12.00 pressure sprayer from Screwfix with 45 mins between coats as prescribed. Went on quickly and pretty well soaked in without pooling except in fissures. Did the whole patio in an hour. No change to colour is discernible. Water soaked in before but not anymore - it seems to bead on the surface and run off. We had a particular problem with red geranium leaves staining the patio in the two weeks delay before we sealed. Now they just brush off. Very pleased.”
