“Easy to order (we ordered the wrong size but a quick telephone call easily resolved that). Delivery arrived on a broken pallet which meant the order had to come the following day - there was a slight glitch with the timing of the order arriving but once again, the Firewood staff quickly sorted that out. 5 star customer service - we would definitely use again!”

Sorry to learn that you feel some of the logs are too small. From looking at the photos I can see that a couple appear to be too small.
I will direct email you so we can work towards passing some credit back to you to cover the logs supplied that are outside of spec.

“seriously too many logs that are not within the specified size - many too small and many oversized - some substantially and not consistent where one end of the log is much wider due to being an end piece of a branch connection not trimmed off and consequently it doesn't fit the Woodburner opening. The quality control with this needs improving if I am to continue as a customer. Please address.”
