“Easy to order (we ordered the wrong size but a quick telephone call easily resolved that). Delivery arrived on a broken pallet which meant the order had to come the following day - there was a slight glitch with the timing of the order arriving but once again, the Firewood staff quickly sorted that out. 5 star customer service - we would definitely use again!”

Hi Joanne, Sorry to learn that you feel some of the logs are too small. From looking at the photos I can see that a couple appear to be too small.
