“seriously too many logs that are not within the specified size - many too small and many oversized - some substantially and not consistent where one end of the log is much wider due to being an end piece of a branch connection not trimmed off and consequently it doesn't fit the Woodburner opening. The quality control with this needs improving if I am to continue as a customer. Please address.”
“We have a stove that takes 14/15 inch logs. We had 13.8 logs which were excellent quality wood. However, most of them were cut too thinly, which meant many of them were used for lighting the fire. most of them burned very quickly, and we will run out mid-January, where normally our logs last a season.”
“The quality of the wood is excellent. My wood burning stove requires larger logs that are very hard to find in this country. The smaller logs burn too cold and last half as long. Now my stove is reaching temps much higher than ever before and easily heats my entire house with very little smoke. Much more efficient.
