“The ordering process was very straight forward and a delivery date agreed. There is an option to text after 9:30pm on the delivery date to get your 2 hour delivery window. I was contacted before that to advise that there had been a problem in the dispatch and a new date would be advised. No big deal but impressed that I was contacted so quickly before I was even aware there was a problem. So refreshing as usually one has to follow up with companies when a delivery has simply not taken place. As it happened their initial dispatch problem was resolved and the delivery was still made the same day. The delivery arrived on a pallet, and the quality of the wood is just great. We just love using our wood burner and so important to have the right fuel for it. I have no hesitation in recommending this company and their product.”
“Not the cheapest way to purchase logs but we're very happy with them. Los are nicely cut and very dry. They burn very well and produce very little in the way of smoke or soot. Highly recommended.”
