“Have not used any yet,only one criticism there seems to be a lot of small logs.o.k. for lighting the fire and kindling.Perhaps this could be looked into?Also the payment system could be changed to make it easier to pay by card.kind regards,Roger jocelyn.”
Hi Roger, thanks for your review. Sorry to hear that you feel some logs are too small. Log size does vary , however they should be within the specification advertised within our product information. Please can you review this? If you then feel that the small logs are outside of spec, please send us some photos of the small logs with a tape measure against so we can review. “It's good that these logs are using up the wood that might have gone to waste. i.e. thinnings etc. Good communications from the firm. Hiccups with delivery can happen to anyone, but they kept me well informed.
They're well wrapped and protected from the weather, and the big square bag sits neatly on its pallet in my small backyard. Haven't used the logs yet, so can't say what they're like.”
