Thanks for the repeat order. As explained, we do not offer a service whereby you can specify a smaller truck or van. We did proactively make contact with you to explain that and even offered a smaller truck at extra charge which you declined. That said, most Palletline delivery depots do use smaller 7.5T trucks, but it seems there maybe truck size limitations local to your address. From our perspective, we despatched the logs as described. Delivering bulk logs to your property on a busy road with a blind corner is always going to be a challenge. The circumstance of your property is something that is outside of our control.
