“This was scrumptious! If I'm honest it was hard to notice the spices, or perhaps they were very subtle, but everyone loved this - very succulent and a lovely flavour. The only disappointment was telling everyone that we couldn't have it again until next Christmas! Hoping that sous vide pork belly becomes available throughout the year.”
