This is the best porchetta we've ever made, showing off the best of West Country pigs, apples and cider brandy. This porchetta has a traditional crumb stuffing that takes on the flavour of the pork while giving back the flavour of the brandy and juicy apple throughout the slow roast.The secret to our exceptional pork lies in the meticulous care taken on farm. Sourced from passionate free-range pig farmers in England, our pigs are slowly reared on a natural diet. They are truly free-range meaning they are born and reared in fields all year round with space to roam and straw bedded huts for shelter. This care contributes to pork with incredible depth of flavour and a distinct meaty texture and goes a long way in supporting our British free-range pork industry.

“New Years Eve offering again. The pork from Field and Flower is always the best ever. This joint was no exception. It cooked well and was tender, moist and full of flavour. It reminded me of pork I remember as a child (I am 72) but in fairness I am sure it was much better. I always feel much better when I know my meat has been reared with freedom, love and care. It also shows in the taste. Will be next New Years Eve menu again,”

“I cooked the 2kg porchetta joint for the family at Christmas.It was a wow! Everyone agreed it was the best roast pork they'd ever had. I followed your guidance to the letter, so without immodesty I can agree with them. There was disappointingly little left over, and we'll certainly be having it again. The deli box was a gift, so I can't review them.”
