You could even try a sticky honey and mustard glaze for the ultimate festive treat. Simon Price is our free-range pig farmer. Using traditional methods and leaving his pigs with plenty of space to forage and roam, Simon’s pigs lead a healthy and happy life, reflected in the quality of their meat. “Perfect little sausages. Full of flavour and a lovely accompaniment to dinner. I thought 24 would be way too many with only 5 people having meat but there were none left at the end of dinner. The kids were most disappointed not to get some with their bubble and squeak on Boxing Day.”
