Using traditional methods and leaving his pigs with plenty of space to forage and roam, Simon’s pigs lead a healthy and happy life, reflected in the quality of their meat. “I thought these would be a bit boring but I bought them in case the pigs in blankets weren’t enough. They were tasty little morsels which lasted in the fridge for picking on way beyond Christmas Day. I highly recommend these. If they were available all year round I’d definitely add them to my regular order.”
