Our classic three-bird roast is a Christmas centrepiece that’s sure to be a talking point. Free-range Bronze turkey, Creedy Carver duck and Somerset wild pheasant combine perfectly in a wonderful blend of flavours. Something for everyone on Christmas day. Our free-range birds are reared using traditional methods, roaming and foraging as they please. Stu Perkins and his team down on Castlemead farm are who we have to thank for our premium free-range turkeys, our ducks are sourced from Creedy Carver Farm in Devon and our pheasants are shot across Somerset (primarily Lord Oxford’s estate near Frome). Serves 4 This product is only available for delivery on our Christmas delivery days (Thu 19 Dec, Fri 20 Dec, Sat 21 Dec, Sun 22 Dec, Mon 23 Dec, Tue 24 Dec)

“This made Christmas very easy for me, as at my age I no longer wish to struggle with a whole turkey to be stuffed and lifted in and out of the oven. There was plenty for every one.”

“This was really nice. You could taste each meat individually and it was like cooking a normal roast rather than hours and hours of turkey cooking. It also felt quite special as you wouldn't normally eat this.”
