Free-range Bronze turkey, Creedy Carver duck and Somerset wild pheasant combine perfectly in a wonderful blend of flavours. Something for everyone on Christmas day. Our free-range birds are reared using traditional methods, roaming and foraging as they please. Stu Perkins and his team down on Castlemead farm are who we have to thank for our premium free-range turkeys, our ducks are sourced from Creedy Carver Farm in Devon and our pheasants are shot across Somerset (primarily Lord Oxford’s estate near Frome).
