Well-known for its premium flavour and tender meat, our Bronze Turkeys are reared using traditional methods by Stuart Perkins on his Somerset farm. Free to roam, foraging as they please and housed safely overnight in small groups, the flavour of our Bronze Turkeys is like no other. All thanks to the stress-free and happy lives that our birds lead. Our oven-ready whole turkey with giblets is the ultimate Christmas centrepiece. Dry-plucked, hand-finished and hung in cold stores on the farm for 10-14 days to really allow the flavours to develop. Stu’s care and effort will shine through when you taste our premium, free-range whole turkey. We deliver our whole bronze turkeys with a handy cooking guide and fool-proof turkey timer. Simply pop the timer into the thickest part of the bird, it will pop up when the core reaches the correct temperature and the bird is cooked to perfection. “We’ve ordered our Christmas Turkey from Field & Flower every year since 2016 and they never disappoint. The first year I was biting my nails, worrying about delivery but everything went like clockwork. The Turkey itself was succulent and moist and for many days after cooking which quite frankly is rare! If you follow the instructions and use the temperature gadget that comes with it, you truly can’t go wrong (they cook a lot quicker than your average turkey as they’re slow reared). The giblet gravy recipe is also the best! This Turkey is worth its weight in gold and I’ve converted many a dinner guest. Make a Field & Flower Turkey your choice next Christmas and you won’t look back!”

“If you're not very confident with the idea of roasting a big bird like a turkey (it's only once a year, after all) the Field & Flower birds all come with full instructions which takes a lot of the stress out of catering for a crowd. You always hope your guests will say they've enjoyed the Christmas dinner you've served up and that's a lot easier when the quality of the produce is so high. Two days later, a guest called to thank us again and said how succulent the turkey was. Kitchen goddess status achieved with a little bit of help from F&F!”
