“What a beauty. A wonderfully large, plump chicken with SO much meat. I cooked it as a pot roast on Sunday and three adults and a toddler tucked in. I then used the leftovers to make three potato-topped chicken and vegetable pies before boiling up the carcass to make chicken broth (which had plenty of meat in it, too). I also used the giblets to make some good stock. In total, that one chicken easily provided 10 meal portions. Excellent value and lovely quality meat.”

“Very tasty chicken, which was gobbled up quicker than I expected by my teenagers so my only complaint is there wasn't as much left for Boxing Day sandwiches as I had hoped! It was great to get the giblets for making stock.”
