“Having seen some of the previous reviews, the bar was set pretty high as this was the Christmas Dinner bird! Two words ... Absolutely. Delicious. I bought a slightly bigger bird than I thought I needed, so that there would be plenty of leftovers, but it was so darned tasty that most of it was wolfed down on the big day! It was just like the chicken that I remembered as a child - properly 'chickeny' and with a deliciously crispy skin! The leftover carcass etc.. went into the freezer and is now in a stock pot, bubbling away to make a chicken stock.”
