“I went in to your Ramsgate to ask if you had any Russian wedding ring The lady didnt want to serve me but she carried making snide comments I lost my daughter recently im 70yrs old dressed in black the woman was absolutely not interested in what I wanted.She ask when I want it I said the weekend if possible straight away no I walked out as I turned around to go out she said how much was I spending I looked her in the eye because my family was buying it for my birthday I had £500 pounds to spend for I have never.felt so embarrassed”

“The staff in my local shop were very friendly and helpful. I purchased this watch which appears to be very good quality and looks expensive. It comes in a nice presentation box and will make a perfect gift. I also bought a year of insurance for 7.99 which i thought was quite good value. All in all, excellent product and grest customer service. Thank you Hinds.”

“I am always very happy with the service from both York Where I have bought both wedding rings and an engagement ring and the best mans watch. I would also recommend the Castleford one with also a watch bought and great service. We only shop at those two shops.”
