“The watch was a lovely-looking watch purchased as an 18th gift. Unfortunately, these days, apparently, you have to Google everything. The staff did not know how to change the date or provide any information about how it works. We have now tried to find the information on the Citizen website, and this watch does not appear, nor does the information appear when Googled as recommended by the watch expert at the store. I am not very impressed with the service in-store!!”

“I was buying it for my dad and we both loved the watch. However the sales assistant was rude and looking at me as if will I really be able to buy it or not. When asked to show me another watch she made faces as if she didn't wanted to show me. I would have walked out of the store straight away if I was not buying it for my dad. Extremely poor customer service. I probably won't ever visit that place again.”
