“Having looked online for opal stud earrings, your store popped up and knowing where you where in Harlow I decided to go. Staff where very helpful and pleasant to talk to. So when I saw the matching necklace I went back yesterday to buy it. Think the staff went above and beyond my expectations to look for the said necklace and was very happy for my purchases. 5 stars. 10 out of 10. Thank you.”

“The stone in these earrings turned orange after just 3 weeks of normal wear. They are now unusable and need to be binned. I have been informed by the company that this is due to wear and tear and is because they were exposed to water when showering. The company think this is perfectly acceptable for their product and they will not replace or refund. Do not buy these earrings if you expect to wear them for daily use or in the rain. There is no advice about this and it is not mentioned at the point of sale. Definitely not recommended.”

“I purchased opal studs 18 months ago and initially was very impressed with the display of colours. But over the last few months they have become an awful yellow colour and are now transparent. I have complained to F Hinds and have been told this is what you can expect from a natural stone. If you want to pay £75 for a pair of earrings that will be unwearable in 18 months then go ahead and buy these. Otherwise stay well clear.”

“These earrings are lovely. The stones are clear with a subtle shimmer that catches the light with hidden fire and colour. They are on the smaller side, and the catches hold them securely in place but can be a little difficult to remove.”
