“It’s a very pretty engagement ring that I purchased as a replacement for my previous ring that was bought for me 12 years ago by my now husband. Unfortunately, I damaged mine and was dissatisfied with the repair. Thankfully, this design was still available and I was able to replace with an exact replica. I love it!”

“The ring its self really nice little ring , we purchsed it from the Taunton Store which we would personally not used again it all felt a bit rushed and pushy plus they sized my partners ring size wrong , We had the Ring delivered to another branch nearer to our home went to collect it did not fit her too big so had to be sent off for resizing at a cost of 18.99 for quick turn around. The yeovil store is lovely and airy everyone really freindly totally different to the Taunton store yeovil were so warm and helpful so if you are in south somerset yeovil store in my opinion for good customer service is the yeovil store. ring arrived back after resizing and fit lovely we are both happy with the end product”

“Looking at the ring from above it was just what I wanted. Once I got the ring home and looked at it in detail the bottom of the ring is so much thinner. So not exceptable. Also on collection of the ring I thought it would be placed in a box and wrapped beautifully. This was certainly not the case.. I was asked are you wearing now.?. I said no. Showing me a horrible plastic bag it came in I was asked do you want it in a box.?. I said yes, please The assistant passed it to me, I then had to ask her to put it in a bag. This is the second time we have had a bad experience with F. Hinds. There won't be a third..”
