“Wood feels like plywood with a veneer. Also the dice feel small and therefore feels cheap. In my opinion it was not worth £55. This feels like a £25 board.”

Hi Jason, The product description states that the board is a printed board. We do have solid wood boards, but due to the production costs on these they are more expensive. “Lovely set, very well finished. I noticed many people leaving reviews saying it is not wood and I agree the description is perhaps misleading. It is not inlaid marquetry but is good quality for the price range. We are pleased.”
