“I’m currently despite an email and a phone call still awaiting a refund for the wheeled hold-all (£184) which I returned ahead of ordering this one. Returned 30th dec - it’s now 11th Jan and I’ve not even had confirmation you’ve received! Feeling very anxious about it and wishing I’d not ordered the replacement with you.”

“This is a gift for my very fussy Grandson. He will be celebrating his 21st birthday n February but having found this holdall on your website we decided to get it early. It is a lovely item with quality leather and Oliver is very pleased with it. Hopefully it will provide service for many years to come. Slightly disappointed with the engraving which does not meet the quality of the holdall.”

“Absolutely as it was described. Beautiful leather. Excellent size for the overhead storage on EasyJet by paying a little extra. Perfect for a brief stay and the quality is outstanding. One delighted customer. I’m certain that everyone who buys one will share my delight.”
