I’m currently despite an email and a phone call still awaiting a refund for the wheeled hold-all (£184) which I returned ahead of ordering this one. Returned 30th dec - it’s now 11th Jan and I’ve not even had confirmation you’ve received! Feeling very anxious about it and wishing I’d not ordered the replacement with you.
