“The edges around seams (see at zipper and sides) were raw cut, not turned or burnished, which for me was too unfinished a look on an otherwise nicely-made bag. I returned for a refund.”

“Dear Sir, This is my first order to your company. Everything is satisfied except the zip sewing alignment is out and make the zipping unsmooth. This point tanished the product image if I will to tell or show my firends. I find it troubleson to send it back to you for replacement and I would doubt if I place any order in future.”
