When ordering noticed that it had increased to 2 bags, at 9 am started to call your customer phone left message many times NO response No call back! E. Mailed told to late as been packed! So don’t ask what I think of your customer service, my advice pick up the phone!

Our phone lines open at 9am, and as with many businesses, this is typically our busiest period. There is a recorded message to inform callers that all agents are currently assisting other customers, along with an estimated queue position. We do answer every call in turn, and while we understand it can be frustrating to wait, we ask for patience during these peak times. I can confirm that our phone lines were particularly busy yesterday, and while we do not offer a callback service from voicemail, we always aim to respond to emails promptly. Unfortunately, your order had already entered the packing stage by the time we received your message, and we were unable to make any changes. We do appreciate your feedback and will take this on board to help improve our service going forward.
