“The difference in texture and flavour compared to supermarket stuff is undeniable. Gives a good firm eating texture and rich flavour. Simply comparing what's in the pan after browning off is enough, lovely rendered flavoured fat, no scummy water here!.”

“We are very impressed with the quality and flavour of the meat. We are new to grass fed having switched from supermarket beef. I did not realise just how much flavour has been lacking. We remarked how the mest reminds us of when we were younger in the 80's. Well done all involved. And thank you for the labour producing such beautiful meat.”
