“The mince is packaged very densely. I did not enjoy the taste or he texture. It was grisly. Unfortunately I now have 3 more as I got the 4 pack.”

“This minced beef has a bit more fat than the one I used to buy, but I have little shrinkage in the amount when cooked, and the flavour and texture is second to none. I get 2 two person cottage pies plus an extra one person portion out of one pack of the mince. It is really good value in my opinion.”

“Nice mix of beef and natural fat something that is missing in "supermarket" mince. You can see and feel the texture of the meat. The colour is spot on not an artifical paprika red but a soft red and white. Lots of flavour and not at all stringy or chewy. Perfect mince and how it should be 10/10.”
