“Wasn't delivered before Christmas as requested. Arrived on 29th December as opposed to 23rd, by which point was already out of date and ruined our Christmas. Appalling service, no follow up to my email requesting refund and yet you send me a form to review the meat.”

“Very disappointed in this joint which cost me over £!20. First thing I noticed was its shape,, not cut from the middle, like the illustrations you see, but long and narrowing, it also appeared Fresh, not 'aged' I opened the nearly pointed end and just cut two small steaks off to try. Totally Tasteless, no flavour as associated with this cut of Beef. I had to message Farmison & Co and explain. I had a reply quite soon., and was asked to send photos of the label for traceability. It has been over a week now and I have heard nothing back since. I will add I am a retired Butcher of over 48 years.”

“Excellent service from Farmison's. The 2kg joint of sirloin I ordered arrived beautifully packed and chilled on the Thursday as requested. I cooked it 3 days later on the Sunday. After seasoning and sealing it I inserted a meat thermometer and cooked it at a very low oven temperature until the thermometer recorded a temperature of 49 deg C in the centre of the beef. I took the beef out to rest during which time the internal temperature rose to 51 deg C. As expected when I carved it some 15 minutes later, the beef was magnificent. It was rare, melt-in-the-mouth tender and had a fabulous flavour. Five stars to Farmison's for superb beef and excellent service.”
