“this is such lovely beef, beautifully tender and flavoursome and served 8 people generously with leftovers. Definitely worth it for a treat.”

“Have done many times and this is an amazing piece of beef with great taste. Slow cooked on the Green Egg for a couple of hours and then reverse Seared over a high heat. 53 degrees rare and to perfection. thoroughly recommend!”
