“Had this delivered for a Sunday lunch with friends. I used part of the instructions but also a bit of a hybrid with a Jamie Oliver recipe. So high heat for short while then right down to around 120/130c for 4 or 5 hours then rested. I’d marinaded this overnight in the fridge as well. Cooked with red wine covered except for last 45 mins. Anyway, it turned out to be the best lamb I’ve had, very delicious and we easily got 8 meals out of it and some. 2.75kg the one we had. Would definitely buy again. Re-submitted due to wrong autocorrect spelling!”

“A very meaty piece of meat! First time order from a butcher online - not going to lie was very nervous! The service was excellent. I knew exactly when it was to be delivered due to the emails received from both Farmison and the delivery company. The meat was excellent and tasted lovely it received plenty of comments on Christmas day with everyone having seconds.”
