The 7 day dry aged heritage lamb we ordered for Easter Sunday was delicious. Tender and flavoursome. The whole process of ordering and delivery was excellent the joint was kept cold in an insulated box and was correctly delivered exactly on time. Will definitely use this company again. Kathryn H

Fabulous lamb. It roasted beautifully, and is almost tender enough to cut from the joint with a fork. A delicious, sweet flavour. Leftovers exçellent in sandwiches, and perfect cut-up in Shepherd's Pie.

Beautiful peice of lamb, cooked to perfection (even if I do say so myself!). Easily ordered on line, delivered exactly when they said it would be. Tasty, tender and plenty to go around.
