“Rather than review what I bought I’d opt to review what I did nt for example leg of pork or shoulder of pork. Have n’t seen either of these on the web site in a while, you seem to be focussed on chef prepared and away from basic butcher products which was why I started shopping with you many years ago. Hope you don’t abandon the basics.”

“I can’t review the quality of the meat as the day before delivery was due, you e mailed me to say that it was no longer available. Some earlier warning would have enabled me to source some elsewhere. Obviously I’m not privy to your supply chain issues, but communication with your customers is key to keeping them happy & enabling them to give you continued business & recommend you to others.”
