“Best beef ever, cut into 4, curled up on skewer, pan fried or BBQ most delicious moist tasty beef ever. Good size joint ,good delivery,, my favourite steak of all time, will be buying more.”

“So this was new cut of meat for me!!, so I followed the cooking notes as given by Farmison & Co and was mighty pleased with the results. The key once cooked and well rested (I did just under 30mins) is to carve the longest side and across and slice as "mini steaks" not like you would carve a roast joint. The texture and flavor were just awesome #WorthEveryPenny #BestRumpCap”
