“Wonderfully succulent goose the best ever and enjoyed by all. Just as good cold and made lots of delicious soup with the carcass. Delivered on time and packed beautifully as usual. Never buy my goose from anywhere else.”

“Ordered a large goose as a last minute treat for Christmas and it was delivered within 48 hours. It was a fantastic bird delivered frozen - very well packaged, cooked beautifully (I recommend Gordon Ramsay's recipe) and tasted fabulous. Will be back for another next year. Thank you.”

“Our frozen goose arraived on the day it was supposed to arrive, very well packed and insulated, it was just defrosted and still cool stored in our unheated scullery 5 days later. Very high yield of goose fat over 6 hours slow cooking (7 jars should last a year) and 8 large servings of the very best meat and crispy goose skin, decent value for £148 including P&P. Will order again.”
