“Not a fan of frozen. Also unless you read their blogs, the fact that the goose is frozen is not particularly prominently noted. Freezing leaves skin soggy which requires considerable drying to make it crisp. Was also disappointed with the size of the bird, given the price.”

Hi Tim, Thank you for your feedback. I'm sorry to hear you weren't aware the goose was supplied frozen. We do try to be accurate and clear in our product descriptions and do reference the goose as being supplied frozen or requiring defrosting 9 times within the description. This includes using the word 'frozen' at the beginning of the first paragraph and a 'Product supplied fresh frozen' infographic below the 'Add to basket button'. Regarding the goose size, I can confirm you received a goose within the advertised weight range for the size category chosen. Kind regards, Ollie
