“I really like this product - I just have no idea why Factory direct flooring cannot ever send out the product in a way that prevents it being damaged. Every single time (4 times) - damaged. Greaat product - just a shame they can't get it shipped properly - causing all sorts of upset, delays and phone calls. Eventually gae up and ordered elsewhere. If only they realised the problem -and fixed their shipping issues - they would have more business and happier customers.”

Dear Mr Anderson, Thank you for your review. Of course we are very sorry that 2 boxes on the pallet arrived damaged, and to make things worse the parcel courier damaged the 2 replacement packs. This is an issue with how they handle the items once they have collected them, we do try and wrap them to avoid damage. Thank you for bringing this to our attention and we will pass this feedback onto the carriers concerned. Whilst i accept this must leave you feeling like you had a negative experience, we hope this isn't you last experience with us.

“Great flooring - very happy !! Pity about the delivery company though - failed to turn up as arranged on the Friday so had to wait until first thing on Monday which actually became mid morning!!”
