“I am very happy with the product. once the flooring was completed it looked betterthan expected as the sample I received prior to order doesn't show the complete design of the plank. Only downside is that the delivery driver did not deliver it to my flat which was on second floor. He said he is not insured to carry it to the second floor. So I had to carry individual pack (17 packs) on my own to upstairs. Each pack was about 8kg-10kg I guess. So it was a tiring job. (4 stars is because of the delivery product wise completely satisfied)”

“This flooring is great quality, easy to cut with just a knife and quick to lay. I would not usually get this online but we needed this grey colour. Postage is outrageous though, and even though it cost £30 to get delivered there were multiple planks with edges broken. I managed to use them round the edges of the room or for cuts but disappointing - for £30 delivery it could be hand delivered in a taxi!”
