“On the first one I received, the plastic was very scratched and the metal insert was uneven with both raised bumps and indentations along one of its long edges meaning it would not sit flush in the saw. After sending two emails, I received a replacement in the post a couple of days later. I therefore cannot fault the customer service in respect to receiving a replacement but it would've been nice if someone had just sent a brief email letting me know it was being dealt with and that a new one was being dispatched.”

“Superior to the original and the grub screws for levelling make all the difference as the table on the saw was distorted from new. Now I get 90° cuts without messing around so much.”

“The zero clearance is excellent. It is easy to set up and it prevents sawdust from falling through. Good investment. One little snag though. The screw holes in the zero clearance have been drilled in the wrong place (at time of manufacture) and do not align with the screw holes near the blade.”
