“Huge improvement on the plastic fantastic one the saw is provided with! When fitted the underside of the plastic plate touches the top of the saw blade so the plastic insert went flying out as the saw was turned on to cut the blade track but otherwise its a great improvement. Hopefully the new version of the saw ships with this as standard.”

“On the first one I received, the plastic was very scratched and the metal insert was uneven with both raised bumps and indentations along one of its long edges meaning it would not sit flush in the saw. After sending two emails, I received a replacement in the post a couple of days later. I therefore cannot fault the customer service in respect to receiving a replacement but it would've been nice if someone had just sent a brief email letting me know it was being dealt with and that a new one was being dispatched.”
