“Pros. The menopause supplement and oil already seem to be working after a week. I feel less tired, irritable, low and I am having fewer night flushes.
Cons: The taste is awful. Capsule form would be by far more palatable. I have tried mixing it with water, with my smoothie (ruins the whole smoothie), everything. The most palatable form is with a bit of banana, blueberries and raspberries and liquid, but it is still awful and I feel I am wasting some of the supplement as residue on the container.
Overall: I will continue with this as I can see the improvements, but please please can you look into making it taste better or my preference would be putting it into tablet form.”
“Good evening, here I will describe the benefits of supplementation:
- the first thing I noticed was even more energy, which had already changed with the diet, but after about two weeks I felt even more energy
- when walking, the muscles and joints of my legs hurt and I had one pain in my feet in the pads under my toes, all these pains have passed, now I walk with ease
- I still have hot flashes, less so only in the morning
- my hair falls out much less
- my legs are not swollen, that has already improved with the diet, but with this the swelling of the feet after the whole day has almost disappeared
- my sleep is better, I still wake up several times (that's completely normal), but my sleep is deeper and I fall asleep again faster. I was surprised when I had a fever 10 days ago that I slept very well because otherwise I wouldn't have been able to sleep at all
